"Agents are very nice & assuring however SF dropped our policies only at 1 yr coverage. Not happy. Just 1 incident, even if not at fault (which by the way can turn into 2-3 claims on policy), dropped. We pay (a lot) for that ins. & use when needed, right?! Assured b/f/h if say something happens but .... Then hard to get good rate w/another co. But 'luckily' back to our prior & well ALL is good now! Shouldn't have left. Disappointed 😞"

"I like this guy Juan Perez... he's alright. Friendly and knowledgeable. So I'll tell you how I got here... you know those ads on Facebook & Instagram that are showing extremely low rates? I decided just to see where that would take me, although I had no plans of changing anything at the moment. I answered many questions. So I guess when you answer those questions on facebook that they send some of that info out. State Farm left me a VM. I was thinking... "Oh God... I was just looking... that's all... leave me alone..." But then I thought what the heck... it's just a quick call right? Let's see what they say. So Juan offered me a policy that was comparable to what I previously had, but is now saving me $108 a month. So... why not give it a try yourself? I used to have State Farm many years ago, car insurance and a homeowners policy. I think they treated me fairly back then."
