"We have been customers of Trey Yelton - State Farm Insurance. Jonathon Fuelling, Insurance Agent / Office Manager has helped and assisted us with our accounts for almost ten years. We have auto, home and life policies. Jon has always provided outstanding customer service. He listens to our concerns and provides quick responses. As for State Farm Insurance, the main office out of Illinois we did have some issues. We were making changes to our life insurance policies. We began on Oct 22, 2025. After numerous back and forth communication, we completed as of Nov 26, 2025. For something that should have completed within two weeks, at most. Overall, the customer service is great at Trey Yelton - State Farm. When calling the office you are met with very pleasant individuals. Thank you again for your service."
